Please note: As of April 25th, 2020, you will not be able to request materials through interlibrary loan at the Concordia University - Portland libraries. Please contact your local public library about requesting materials or email us at ask@cu-portland.libanswers.com for help locating full text sources on your research topic.

If you're getting stuck in a "login loop" when trying to access Tipasa (our interlibrary loan system), the following work-around options should help clear up the issue:

Option 1: Clear cookies.  Please note that doing the following will log you out of most websites.

  • For Chrome: Click on the menu button (the three dots) at the top right of the browser. Select More tools > Clear browsing data. Check the box for “Cookies and other site data.” Then, click the “Clear Browsing Data” button.
  • For Firefox: Click on the menu button (stacked lines) at the top right of the browser. Click on Library then History. Click on Clear Recent History. Make sure the box for “Cookies” is checked and click the “Clear Now” button.

Option 2: Try this direct link to Tipasa.

If neither option works, please contact us so we can troubleshoot. It helps if you can provide screen shots, URLs, and a step-by-step description of the workflow that ended in the error ("I logged into Blackboard, then clicked Library in the upper right. From there I clicked the link to the Library home page, then I clicked...").
