This is frequently a confusing assignment for students. What you are looking for is an article that discusses how a similar issue was handled in a workplace. Unfortunately, the term "case study" has different meanings in various disciplines--this is what causes the confusion. I suggest you begin with the business databases (listed in the EdD Library Resources guide) rather than education ones. ABI/Inform is a good starting point. You can search using the term "case study" and then your focus. For example, case study AND accountability AND education.
