There are two options, and both are correct if you're citing the material for a class assignment or a discussion post. One is to cite the information as a webpage and include the retrieval URL. The other option is to cite it as a personal communication, which is used when the cited information can't be accessed by the reader. There's a choice in this situation because not all readers can access your BlackBoard pages. However, if this is for an assignment or a discussion board post, your "readers" (instructor and/or classmates) can access the BlackBoard page you're citing.
