No, librarians and other library staff do not proctor exams. Speak with your instructor about who should do this for you.
The Disabilities and Learning Services office on campus will only proctor exams for students who receive the Americans with Disabilities Act accommodation of "quiet testing location." Contact Student Services at 503-280-8512 to make arrangements for this.
Multnomah County Library staff will proctor exams at certain locations for a fee.
