ILLiad logoIf you're getting stuck in a "login loop" when trying to access ILLiad (our interlibrary loan system), the following work-around options should help clear up the issue:

Option 1: Clear cookies.

  • For Chrome: Click on the menu button at the top right of the browser. Select More tools > Clear browsing data. Check the box for “Cookies and other site data.” Then, click the “Clear Browsing Data” button. (This will log you out of most websites.)
  • For Firefox: Click on the menu button at the top right of the browser. Click on History. Click on Clear Recent History. Check the box for “Cookies” and click the “Clear Now” button. (This will log you out of most websites.)

Option 2: Try this direct link to ILLiad.

If neither option works, please contact us so we can troubleshoot.  It helps if you can provide screen shots, URLs, and a step-by-step description of the workflow that ended in the error ("I logged into Blackboard, then clicked Library in the upper right.  From there I clicked the link to the Library home page, then I clicked...").
