About Systematics / Dogmatics / Doctrinal texts
These texts are topical indices that discuss subjects and themes in the Bible. You can search the table of contents, or look for a scriptural index to find the specific passage you are working on.
These are print books, found in the main collection. Their call numbers begin with BT 75 (2nd floor).
To find Systematics / Dogmatics for a particular passage:
REL 221
Find a Systematics / Dogmatics text that includes a scripture index and then see if the passage (Matt 15:21-28) is treated directly. If it is not, then (as a "Plan B") figure out what the topic of the text is and to consult either the table of contents or the topic / subject index to see what the text has to say about the topic.
