This is a known issue that our IT developers are working to fix as quickly as they can.

In the meantime, they've recommended that we use the following work-around:

    1. Log in to the CU Portal: https://portal.cu-portland.edu
    2. Open a new tab or window.
    3. Locate the link for the library resource you're trying to access.
    4. Copy the link.
    5. Go back to the tab or window where you're logged in to the CU Portal.
    6. Paste the link and hit Enter.
    7. Enter your password again.
    8. You should now be able to access the library resource.

Here are some screenshots of this process.
