To create an APA reference for an action research project from George Mason University, you'll want to follow the general format for an online masters thesis or doctoral dissertation. Except use the words action research project to describe the document type. Here's an example:

Mora-Bourgeois, G. (2000). Reflections on the impact of culture in the classroom (Action research project,

George Mason University). Retrieved from https://gse.gmu.edu/research/lmtip/arp/vol3/

To create an in-text citation, follow the regular author year style (or author year page number for a quotation). For example:

    (Mora-Bourgeois, 2000)
