Our Chat with a Librarian service is available most hours, most days, but occasionally there are lapses in coverage.  When that happens, you can always send us an email, and we'll respond as soon as we're back online. 

Here's how our chat coverage works:

Concordia librarians are generally online Monday-Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (Pacific time), and Friday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm.  When we're not online to chat, our Answerland partner librarians answer questions from our students.  When Answerland is scheduled to be offline, our worldwide QuestionPoint partner librarians pick up.  Occasionally, shifts staffed by CU Librarians and Answerland librarians are both uncovered (holidays), and if this happens during a time when QuestionPoint isn't usually scheduled, our chat service will be unavailable.

Chat service is also unavailable during rare periods of system maintenance by our vendors.
