One place to check is the Mental Measurements Yearbook database: http://libguides.cu-portland.edu/az.php?a=m

Another idea is to search the dissertations database (http://libguides.cu-portland.edu/az.php?a=d) and include a line of keywords searched in the full text of articles like this:

"test validity" OR "test reliability"

Another way to identify validated surveys would be to search for them in ERIC using the Document type filter:

document type box in ERIC

You can also search the ETS database: http://www.ets.org/test_link/find_tests/
